Well last year at my school prom they did an Oscar award ceremony. With a red carpet, all the draping curtains, and we had real awards! It looked really amazing, they had really pushed the boat out even though it was in our school hall! We also had a chocolate fountain where you could dip marshmallows and strawberries in...It was really fun.

our school did las vegas but bowie high in Arlington tx. is doing "Diamonds are Forever" so i think that will be really nice. and grand prairie high school is doing midnight in manhattan... so we'll see how that turns out!

Well, my church had their own formal dance, and the theme was ONCE UPON A DREAM. It was beautifully decorated, with the colors being silver, blue and royal blue. We had balloon streamers and table decorations and they were also decorated to stand up by themselves. It was AWESOME! We had a large dance floor, where a live band played and an assortment of snack foods, which included fruits and vegetables, punch and a dessert table that had a chocolate fountain. It was an enjoyable night!

Last year, the theme of our prom was "Time of Your life" from the song by Greenday.. that was the last song they played. It was really heartfelt, because it was just basicly summing up the past 4 years of high school. And the prom favors were picture frames with a clock on the other side, with the engraving "time of your life" it was so cute!

This year we 8th Graders want the best prom. We would love to have a live band there playing all their and we want it to be a night club partyin theme i wish that would happen but I doubt it b/c the schools budget isn't the best but that would be our theme.

Yo...our theme is the most crakin ever!..yo our theme is Disney on a Rock of Ice and lava underneath. We have a bunch of fire and ice at the same time..and everybody gets to hold simba at the photo shoot...and we got aladin in the background and snow white eating an apple..and a bunch of glass slippers/

Hey im in Australia and here we dont have a "prom" but we do have a year 12 (thats our last year of high school) formal, which i am organising and for the first time ever we are having a theme!!!!YAY. Anyway its masquerade and the students dont have to dress to suit the theme but we are decorating our venue and giving them all a mask. our theme is " here's to the Night" from the Eve 6 song. we are decorating our back drop with turqouise and green back drop. accented with black gossmer. our focus wall has a huge over blown moon, with city cut from card board in the back ground. christmas lights with stick through the city buildings. wahooo!

ok i am a freshman and i am in ASB, there are 2 seniors in our class and they really wanted a jungle theme.....at first i wasn't to excited about it but after reading all the stuff on here...i kinda like it now....now we just need some decorating ideas.....u see i go to a chirstian school, and well we don't exactly have a lot of money to spen...so we will need some decorations that won't be so expensive....someone said that they found something that you put on the floor, and when the light hits it, it looks like water......now something like that would be absolutely PERFECT!! well thank you for your help in advance ~ur luvr~
